Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 09/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve In terms of Regulation 29 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform that 142nd Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 9th May 2023 inter-alia to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March 2023. As already intimated vide our letter dated 31st March 2023 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company the Trading Window has already been closed from 1st April 2023 and shall remain closed till 11th May 2023 (evening). During the aforesaid closed trading window period the Employees Directors Key Managerial Personnel and Designated Persons and their immediate relatives shall not trade in Companys shares/securities.
