Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations we hereby intimate that the Board of Directors of Inditrade Capital Limited (the Company) at its meeting held on 2nd May 2023 has approved the appointment of Mr. Ravi Prakash Jain as the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from 2nd May 2023 based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee.
