TALBROS AUTOMOTIVE COMPONENTS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 16/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform that meetings of Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday 16th May 2023 interalia to transact the following business:1. To consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023.2. To consider and recommend the payment of final dividend if any for the financial year 2022-23 (subject to approval by shareholders at their ensuing Annual General Meeting).3. Fixation of the date of 66th Annual General Meeting of the Company.We further inform that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company will continue to remain closed till 18th May 2023.
