With reference to the above please find enclosed herewith the copy of Order of the Honble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) pronounced and uploaded on the NCLT web portal today i.e. 04 May 2023 regarding admission of the petition of Bank of India filed under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 (the Code) before the Honble NCLT on 26 August 2022 against the Future Lifestyle Fashions Limited.
