Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Ltd-$has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) and other applicable regulations if any of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 please note that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Saturday May 13 2023 interalia to consider and approve the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023.Further as intimated vide our letter dated March 31 2023 the trading window pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and in accordance with the code of Conduct to regulate Monitor and Report Trading by insiders for trading in listed or proposed to be listed securities was closed from April 1 2023 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of audited financial results of the Company on May 13 2023.
