Power Purchase Agreement With Solar Energy Corporation Of India Limited For 300 MW Wind Power Project Awarded Under SECI Tranche XII

This is to inform you that JSW Renew Energy Three Limited (JSWRETL) a 100% step-down subsidiary of the Company has signed a Power Purchase Agreement with Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) for 300 MW ISTS connected wind power projects awarded under SECI Tranche-XII.
