Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (LODR) and based on the report of the Scrutiniser - Mr. Nitesh Latwal (CP No. 16276) Practising Company Secretaries and Partner of M/s PI & Associates New Delhi dated May 6 2023 we wish to inform that the members of the Company have accorded their approval with requisite majority through postal ballot mechanism/remote e-voting for the Resolutions mentioned in Notice of Postal Ballot dated April 5 2023 of the Company. The said postal ballot was conducted in accordance with Section 110 of Companies Act 2013 and the Rules made thereunder.In this regard please find enclosed herewith the following:1.
