With reference to the captioned subject we would like to inform you that the National Company Law Tribunal Mumbai Bench (NCLT) has approved the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement amongst DVK Investments Private Limited (Transferor Company 1) and Aegean Properties Limited (Transferor Company 2) and Fermenta Biotech Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective Shareholders on 08th May 2023 and the order copy was uploaded on NCLT website on 09th May 2023. The certified copy of order is awaited.The Scheme shall become effective upon filing certified copy of the order along with the Scheme with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai.We request you to kindly take the above information on record.
