FILMCITY MEDIA LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 19/05/2023 inter alia to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2023.Further with reference to our letter dated 31st March 2023 regarding closure of trading window for dealing in shares of the Company we hereby inform you that pursuant to the Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading in Securities of the Company the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for all the Designated Persons of the Company and their Immediate Relatives on account of consideration of Audited Financial Statements (Standalone) for the financial year ended March 3l 2023.You are requested to kindly take the above information on your records.
