The Board of Directors of Walchand PeopleFirst Limited at its Board Meeting held on Friday 12th May 2023 had re-appointed Mr. H. N. Shrinivas as Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five years w.e.f. 26th October 2023 and Mr. Jehangir Ardeshir as Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five years w.e.f. 5th February 2024 subject to the approval of Shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting.
