Declaration With Respect To Non-Applicability Of Disclosure On Related Party Transactions For The Half Year Ended March 31 2023

Disclosure on Related Party Transactions for the Half Year ended 31s March 2023 under Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) (Amendments) Regulation 2018 in not applicable to our Company. Further we would like to inform you that as per Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) the compliance with Corporate Governance provisions as specified in Regulation 1717A18192021 22 23 2424A 252627 and clause (b) to (i) of sub regulation (2) of Regulation 46 and para C D and E of schedule V shall not apply in respect of:-1. The listed entity having Paid up Capital not exceeding Rs.10 Crores and Net Worth not exceeding Rs.25 Crores as on the last day of financial year.Since our company is the listed entity having Paid-up Capital not exceeding Rs. 10 Crores and Net Worth not exceeding Rs. 25 Crores as on the last day of financial year the Company is not required to submit disclosure of Related Party Transaction for the Half Year ended March 31 2023.
