Approved the audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2023. A copy of the audited Financial Results duly recommended by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors of the Company together with Audit Report with modified opinion are enclosed herewith. Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee appointed Ms. Sachi Lakhotia (holding ACS M.No: 71563) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section 203 of the Companies Act 2013 and Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 with effect from 19th June 2023.
