Intimation Of Book Closure Pursuant To Regulation 42 Of The Securities And Exchange Board Of India (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.

Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday August 4 2023 to Thursday August 10 2023 (both days inclusive) for taking record of the Members of the Company for the purpose of the 38th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and payment of final dividend as may be declared at the said AGM for the financial year ended 31st March 2023.
