Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and with reference to the captioned subject we hereby wish to inform you that the Company has received an intimation from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent on 28th May 2023 pertaining to the loss of share Certificate(s)/request for issuance of duplicate share certificate from the shareholder(s) for which stop transfer has been marked by the Registrar. Accordingly the duplicate Share Certificate(s) shall be issued only after the necessary formalities are carried out by the Shareholders(s). The copy of intimation received from our RTA is enclosed herewith. Request you to take the same on your records.
