May 29 2023 a brief profile pursuant to SEBI Circular dated CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09 2015 is enclosed as Annexure - A.Further Ms. Priti Jain (DIN: 00537234) and Ms. Rekha Bhandari (DIN: 07546484) is not related to the Directors or Key Managerial Personnel of the Company and is also not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any SEBI order or any other authority.
