Corporate Action-Fixes Record Date For The Purposes Of The Annual General Meeting And Final Dividend

Annual General Meeting and Record date: a. The 27th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held through video conference/ other audio-visual means on Friday 23rd June 2023 in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) Government of India and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and all other applicable laws. b. As informed by the Company on April 172023 Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 4.00/- per share. The record date for the purposes of the Annual General Meeting and Final Dividend is 16th June 2023. Kindly note that Annual Report of the Company and Notice of the AGM laying down the manner of attending the AGM and casting votes by shareholders shall be shared with the Stock Exchanges and with the Members in due course within the prescribed timeline.
