Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation 2015 (SEBI LODR) the Company has received intimation from our Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA) i.e. M/s TSR Consultants Private Limited that the following shareholder has applied to the company for issuance of duplicate share certificates due to loss of original share certificates.
