In continuation to our letter dated 19th May 2023 we would like to inform you that due to non-availability of Directors the said Board Meeting has been postponed and the new date of the Board Meeting to consider and take on record the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31 2023 and to consider other business if any thereon postponed to Tuesday i.e. 30th May 2023 (instead of 29th May 2023) pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and other agendas as board may like to discuss.
