We hereby inform/intimate that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. on Monday 29th May 2023 inter-alia have considered and Recommended final dividend of Rs.1.20/- (@ 12%) per equity share of Rs.10/- each subject to approval of Shareholders at the ensuing 30th Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company.
