This is to certify that in order to comply with Regulation 24A of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements)(Amendment) Regulations 2018 read with Regulation 15 of Chapter IV of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) (SEBI Listing Regulations) the paid up equity share capital does not exceed Rs. 10 Crores and the net worth does not exceed Rs. 25 Crores as on last day of the previous financial year i.e. 31st March 2023. Therefore our Company is not required to submit the Annual Secretarial Compliance Report under Regulation 24A of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
