Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today i.e. on May 30 2023 has appointed Ms. Kalpana Suman (Membership No:A71241) as the Company Secretary (KMP) and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from June 01 2023 upon resignation of present Company Secretary & Compliance Office Mr. Rohit Rawat (Membership No: A63300) on closure of business hours of May 312023.Further Ms. Kalpana Suman has also been appointed as Nodal Officer of the company with effect from 1st June 2023 in place of the retiring Company Secretary
