As per Regulation 23(9) SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) every listed company shall be required to submit disclosures of related party transactions within 15 days from the date of publication of its financial results for the half year. This is to inform you that read with Regulation 15(2) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the above-mentioned provision shall not be applicable to our company as the Paid-up Share Capital is less than Rs. 10 Crore and Net Worth of the Company is less than Rs. 25 Crores as on 31.03.2023. The Company therefore is not required to submit Disclosures of the Related Party Transaction as per Regulation 23(9) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015.Kindly take the same on your record.
