Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that pursuant to the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/37 dated March 16 2023 our Registrar and Share Transfer Agent i.e. Link Intime India Private Limited has sent the intimation/reminder letter along with requisite forms as stipulated in the said Circular to the shareholders holding shares in physical form.
