With profound grief we hereby inform that Shri Surendra Kumar Kabra Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company has left us for his heavenly abode yesterday i.e. on 1st June 2023. Shri Surendra Kumar Kabra was appointed to the Board of the Company in 1994. His sudden and sad demise is an irreparable loss to the family organization and also for everyone associated with him.He will always be remembered for his valuable guidance and contribution to the Company during his association. All the directors of the Company convey deep sympathy sorrow and condolences to his family and pray almighty to bestow eternal peace to the departed soul.
