Minal Industries Limitedhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 03/06/2023 inter alia to consider and approve With reference to our intimation dated May 22 2023 & May 30 2023 please note that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company that was scheduled to be held on Tuesday the May 30 2022 is rescheduled due to unavoidable reasons/circumstances and now will take place on Wednesday 31 May 2023 However the said meeting also rescheduled and now will take place on Saturday the June 3 2023 inter-alia to consider approve IND-AS compliant Standalone & consolidated Audited Financial Results along with Audit Report for the quarter and year ended on 31st March 2023 pursuant to regulation 33 of Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement 2015;
