Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we are enclosing herewith a copy of Postal Ballot notice dated 30th May 2023 as sent to the members at their registered email address seeking approval for the items as set out in the said postal ballot notice. The Company has engaged the services of CDSL for the purpose of providing remote e-voting facility to all its members. The remote e-voting period commences from 09:00 a.m. (IST) on Monday June 12 2023 and ends at 5.00 p.m. (IST) on Tuesday July 11 2023.The instructions for E-voting are mentioned in the notice enclosed herewith.
