This has with reference to our earlier intimation dated 13.06.2023 and in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that Company has redeemed 137700 Unlisted Secured Redeemable Zero Coupon Non-Convertible Debentures of face value Rs. 1000/- each (ZCDs) issued to Central Bank of India as per terms and conditions agreed thereof.Kindly take the above information on record.
