We refer to the provisions of Regulation 30 (Schedule III Part A Clause A) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and wish to inform you that the 29th (Twenty-Ninth) meeting of the consolidated Committee of Creditors (the CoC) of Value Industries Limited and other 12 Videocon group companies having a consolidated corporate insolvency resolution process is scheduled to be held on Friday June 16 2023 at 02:30 P.M. through Video Conferencing in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 19 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Insolvency Resolution Process for Corporate Persons) Regulations 2016.This is a Pre Facto intimation of the meeting of the consolidated Committee of Creditors.You are requested to take the same on your record.
