After complying with the required formalities (including under the SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated January 25 2022) issued Letter of Confirmation dated June 20 2023 in lieu of duplicate share certificates to the concerned shareholder(s) as detailed in the letter enclosed herewith.
