this is to inform you that Committee of Creditors of the Corporate Debtor at their first meeting held on Friday 16th June 2023 has considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Sumit Rajnikant Mehta as Resolution Professional in accordance with section 22(2) of the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code 2016 for conducting the further processes of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Company.
