Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that we have received information from M/s Datamatics Business Solutions Limited Registrar & Transfer Agent (RTA) of the Company on 21st June 2023 pertaining to loss/misplacement of Share Certificates and issue of duplicate share certificates in lieu thereof The said shares have been put on Stop Transfer by RTA. The duplicate share certificates will be issued only after completion of necessary formalities and receipt of relevant documents from the shareholder(s).
