Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the company has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary namely Octagon Insurance Broking Private Limited. As per the certificate of incorporation dated 29th March 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies Ministry of Corporate Affairs the date of incorporation of wholly-owned subsidiary is 29th March 2023. Octagon Insurance Broking Private Limited will carry on its activities in line with IRDAI (Insurance Brokers) Regulations 2018. Product /line of Business is Direct Insurance Broking Business in life and general insurance.Further inform you that the Company is processing to apply for the License to IRDA. Once we obtain the necessary license from the authority we will intimate.Please take the same on record.
