In Compliance with the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time the trading window for dealing in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for Directors Designated Persons and their immediate relatives as defined in the PIT Regulations from Saturday July 1 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30 2023.The date of board meeting for the purpose of declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ending June 30 2023 will be intimated separately.Kindly take the above on record.
