We wish to inform the Exchange that pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Cos Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in securities of the Co shall remain closed from Saturday 1st July 2023 for the consideration of Un-audited financial results of the Co. for the quarter ended June 30 2023 and will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said results. Accordingly all designated persons Directors promoters persons acting in concert employees with their immediate relatives persons having contractual and fiduciary relation with the Co including but not limited to auditors law firms analysts consultants etc. assisting or advising the Co shall not involve in any transaction for dealing / trading in the securities of the Co. during the period when Trading Window is closed.
