This is to inform you that as per Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter ended June 30 2023 for all Designated Employees Directors and Key Managerial Personnel of The Company from July 1 2023. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended June 30 2023 become generally available.
