Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended (SEBI PIT 2015) and Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company it is hereby notified that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives with immediate effect from 1st July 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.
