In terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Trading In Listed Securities of Shree Metalloys Ltd the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the company will be closed for all Directors/Connected/Designated Persons from 1st July 2023 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended on 30th June 2023 to the public.The Board Meeting for approving the Unaudited Financial Result for the quarter ended on 30th June 2023 will be held on or before August 14 2023. Accordingly all Directors/Connced/Designated persons of the company have been advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of Closure of the Trading Window
