This is to inform you that in terms of Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report the trading by designated persons read with Regulation 9 (clause 4 of schedule B) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations 2018 the Trading Window to deal with securities of the Company will remain closed for all designated persons (including their immediate relatives) from July 01 2023 and would remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results to the public for the quarter ended June 30 2023 (both days inclusive).The Trading Window will open after 48 hours from the announcement of the Companys Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30 2023 to the Stock Exchanges.
