In terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as framed by the Company under the Securities and Exchange Board of India(Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated persons with effect from 1st July 2023 till expiry of 48 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2023 are published.The date of Board Meeting to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30.06.2023 shall be intimate separately in due course.
