In terms of special resolution passed by shareholders of the Company on May 25 2023 through postal ballot with regard to sale of investment in Future Trade Markets Private Limited (FTMPL) the Co. has entered into share purchase agreement on July 03 2023 with Capitalmind Advisory Services Private Limited for the sale of 100% equity share capital held by the Company in FTMPL for a total of INR 6580300/- The purchasers are not connected with Promoter/Promoter Group of the Company and hence the transaction is not a related party transaction.Please note that the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company by its Directors/Officers/Designated Employees is already closed in terms of applicable regulations and/or rules.
