With reference to above subject we wish to inform you that in terms of Company Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by Insider read with BSE Circular No. List Comp 01/2019-20 dated 2nd April 2019 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed with effect from 1st July 2023 till the end of the 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2023.The Trading Window will open after 48 hours of declration of the said results. The date of the Board meeting to condier inter alia Unauited Finaical Results for the quarter ended on 30th June shall be intimated seprately in due course.
