Pursuant to Regulation 30 and other applicable Regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board<BR> of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 the Board of Directors of our<BR> company at their meeting held today -<BR> 1. Approved the Un-Audited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for<BR> the 1st quarter ended 30th June 2023. In compliance with provisions of Regulation 33 and other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations please find enclosed herewith the said Financial Results along with Limited Review Reports of Statutory Auditor thereon.<BR> 2. The Board of Directors have authorized Mr. Subramaniyam Seetha Raman Managing Director to decide and take further steps to open branch office in Europe.<BR> 3. The meeting concluded at 2:50 p.m.
