1. The Board has accepted the resignation of Mrs. Suman Gupta (M. No.: A52408) Company Secretary and compliance officer of the company with effect from 01.07.2023.2. The Board has appointed Mr. B. BERA as the compliance officer of the company with effect from 01.07.2023 in the place of Mrs. Suman gupta who has resigned from the company.The meeting was started at 7:30 pm and concluded at 8:30 pm. This is for your information and recordsNote: on Saturday 08.07.2023 at about 8.40pm. there was power failure in the office and today on 10.07.2023; the electricity supply men has come and repaired the wire in the ground.This was damaged due to short-circuit. They have just given the electricity connection in the office.This is the reason for delay in submitting the outcome of the meeting of Board of directors on 08.07.2023. We are very sorry for this but the situation is out of our control.Thanks
