In Compliance with Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and Section 91 of the Companies Act 2013 we hereby inform you that the Register of Members and Share transfer books of the Company will remain closed from Sunday 30th July 2023 to Saturday 05th August 2023 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Final Dividend and 28th AGM.
