The Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on July 12 2023 has approved the allotment of 9950 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees of the Company under the Genesys ESOP Scheme-2020 and ESOP Scheme-2010.Consequently post-allotment the paid up capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 188919320/- divided into 37783864 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each. These shares shall rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the Company in all respects.
