With reference to the captioned subject and in term of SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD-1/142/2018 Dated November 19 2018 the Company would like to intimate that the Company was not able to submit the financial Results along with the Limited report for the Quarter and Nine Months ended at December 31 2022 within the prescribed time period.
