In continuation of our earlier announcement dated 18 July 2023 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 this is to inform you that the Company has completed acquisition of 100% Equity Shares of Combe Projects Private Limited. Consequent to the said acquisition Combe Projects Private Limited has become Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company w.e.f 20 July 2023.
