This has reference to e-mail dated 11.07.2023 regarding non-disclosure of reasons for delay in submission of financial results for the quarter ended 31.12.2022. In this regard we wish to inform you that the delay in submission of financial results was due to some technical glitches in the operating system while submitting the results to the exchanges.
