In terms of Regulation 30 along with Schedule III of SEBI Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations ) we wish to inform you that the company has filed application to National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Ahmedabad Bench on 21/07/2023 regarding the scheme of arrangement in the nature of demerger of M/s. Vikram Thermo (India) Limited and Vikram Aroma Limited. A Copy of the receipt of the application is attached herewith.
