Pursuant to Regulation 30(4) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 read with Schedule III Part A Para A please find the enclosed herewith the Notice dated 21st July 2023 sent to individual shareholders and Notice for attention of the equity shareholders of the Company published in Free Press Journal (English language) and Nav Shakti (Marathi language) newspapers on 25th July 2023 with respect to transfer of equity shares of the Company to Investors Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) Demat Account in accordance with Rule 6 of the Investors Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting Audit Transfer and Refund) Rules 2016 as amended from time to time.
